A fair and honest experience matters when you contact Sallysaves Garage Doors about your home. If your experience fell short, please tell us. This page explains how to report a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

You can raise concerns about:

• Site information that appears confusing or incorrect
• Conduct by a provider you reached through us

When the Concern Involves Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Each business is responsible for its quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with garage door work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Tell us about the issue too. Your feedback helps us support honest practices within the network. A provider with repeated problems may be removed. Sallysaves Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on that business's behalf.

Email your complaint to contact@sallysaves.skin and include:

• Your name and contact information
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number or site form used, if known
• The provider's name, if available
• A description of the issue and the outcome you seek

After Your Message Arrives

We send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter. That review may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain what we found and any steps we are taking.

Asking for Further Review

If our response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state licensing board may be another source of help.
